About Iniksha Technologies
Ideas · Code · Impact. We are a software development and IT services company based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, working with businesses across India that need technology built properly and then kept running.
What we actually do
Iniksha Technologies is a results-driven technology partner across three connected areas: custom software development, cloud and infrastructure, and IT consulting and support. We combine hands-on engineering with established industry practice to move businesses through digital transformation and, more importantly, to keep them running well afterwards.
Most of our work starts in one of two places. Either a business has outgrown the spreadsheets and off-the-shelf tools that got it this far, or it has software and infrastructure that work but can no longer be changed safely. Both are engineering problems with commercial consequences, and both are what we are built to handle.
We are deliberately not a large firm. That means we are wrong for organisations that need two hundred developers next quarter, and right for organisations that want the people scoping the work to be the people doing it.
How we work
We write the reasoning down
Every significant architecture and technology decision comes with the reasoning recorded, including the options we rejected. Your team can challenge it today and understand it two years from now, when the person who made it has moved on.
We show working software early
A staging environment from the first sprint, and a demo every two weeks. You review real software, not screenshots, while changes are still cheap.
We price changes before they happen
Scope changes are normal. Silent scope changes are not. Every change is scoped, priced and agreed in writing before it enters a sprint.
We hand over everything
Code in your repositories, infrastructure in your accounts, documentation and runbooks written for someone who was not in the room. Clients stay with us because leaving would be inconvenient, not because it would be impossible.
What we won't do
This is the part most agency about-pages leave out.
- We do not resell software or take vendor commissions.When we recommend a platform, nothing changes for us depending on which one you pick.
- We do not recommend a custom build when a product would do.Saying "buy the off-the-shelf tool" costs us a project and earns the next three.
- We do not quote before discovery.A number produced without understanding the workflow is a guess that someone will pay for later, usually you.
- We do not take on work we cannot staff properly.If your project needs a specialism we do not have, we will say so and, where we can, point you somewhere better.
Where we are
Iniksha Technologies is based in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, within reach of the Waluj, Shendra and Chikalthana industrial belts, and a short trip from Pune, Mumbai, Nashik and Jalna.
Clients in and around the city get on-site discovery sessions and in-person reviews. Clients elsewhere in India get the same engineers over video, with visits where the project justifies them.
